Delivery and Risk of Loss:
Delivery will be FOB Origin. Risk of loss of the goods shall pass to Buyer once goods are dropped off to Mail Carrier, unless insured. Packages under $150 are not automatically insured. Wholesale, most orders over $150, and most expensive hardware are automatically insured by Seller at no additional cost. (Subject to change when Seller deems necessary) Seller may ship all the goods at one time or in portions from time to time. Seller shall have the right to determine the method of shipment and routing of the goods, unless otherwise specified by Buyer.
