Domestic Shipping

We are now PACT Act USPS Exempt!

We can now ship USPS to any state or locality that allows the sale of vape juice. In order to use USPS as your shipping carrier, your shipping address needs to be approved by USPS. Please click here to send us your valid license/document that matches the shipping address. Once we have received your required state licensing, we will then submit the necessary information to USPS for a shipping exemption so we can ship to your location using USPS - with the exception of Michigan-based businesses, who will receive shipments from ProMed. If your ship-to address is already approved, please disregard this information.

International Shipping

Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International customers, before placing your order please consult your local laws on importing e-liquid before ordering. Our official labels will include the nicotine content, as well as other important information including safety warnings and will be placed on each bottle. An invoice with final price will also be included with the package. Your package will be marked as e-liquid or e-cigarette accessories; there will be no exceptions.

Mister-E-Liquid will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit because of, but not limited to, errors made by the shipping company, errors made by the customer, confiscation by customs, etc. All international orders will be placed at the risk of the consumer due to lack of control over the package once it leaves US customs. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are quantity & price-based. Shipping prices are subject to change if necessary.
