Our Story

Mister-E-Liquid was founded in 2010 on the core principle of providing the highest quality vape juice to the consumer. We started out as an online-only retailer with one employee, making e-liquid on an order-by-order basis and retailing hardware via our website. This established a small-but-dedicated customer base that has continued to rapidly grow over the last decade.

Since then, we have added eight brick-and-mortar retail stores across Michigan and Illinois. Our corporate headquarters, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, houses our corporate offices, shipping and receiving area, warehouse, and the shining jewel of our facility, our laboratory, where we manufacture our e-juice in an industry-leading ISO Certified 14644 Class 6 cleanroom, with strict policies in place to ensure the cleanliness of our facility, staff, and product.

We have flourished from one employee to a constantly-growing staff of more than seventy people, helping customers in retail and handling customer service communications, facilitating distribution and managing wholesale vape juice distributor accounts, overseeing administrative tasks and doing all the other million large and small tasks required to put a bottle of our premium e-liquid in your hands.

Our E-Liquid

Not every vape shop and vape juice manufacturer makes e-liquid the way we do. We pride ourselves on using the highest-quality ingredients available, and we’re confident that you’ll taste the difference. We believe that the best way to make a quality product is to use the best ingredients, with the best facilities, with the best people, using the best methods.

Mister-E-Liquid uses 100% USP Food Grade propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG). Our PG and VG base is also 99.9% pure and 100% Kosher. Our nicotine solution is of very high quality, and is one of the clearest, purest nicotine solutions commercially available. Our vape juices contain natural and artificial flavorings.

None of our e-juices ever include any added artificial coloring. This is why most of our liquids are clear: they contain no color enhancement. We also do not add throat hit enhancer or any other additives to our vape juice. We bring out the different characteristics in each liquid we produce by design, not by adding things that don't need to be in a premium vape juice. With Mister-E-Liquid, it's no mystery: we print our ingredients on every bottle, so our customers know exactly what they are putting into their bodies.

A quality product is more than just quality ingredients, though: it must also be made under carefully controlled conditions, with processes in place to ensure consistent - there’s that word again! - quality.

Our Labs

One look at the cleanroom in which we produce all our e-liquid and you'll immediately understand what sets our premium vape juice apart. All of our e-juice is hand crafted by our dedicated lab staff in an industry-leading Class 6 cleanroom that is governed by, the ISO 14644 standard. We go the extra step of having our lab certified by a third party to ensure that it is compliant with the ISO 14644 Standard. ISO 14644 standards regulate the air purity in a manufacturing environment. These standards, used in pharmaceutical, aerospace, and microelectronic industries, ensure a minimal amount of particulates are present in the air - and, by extension, in your vape juice!

Properly engineering an ISO 14644 cleanroom requires consideration of filtration unit types, intake and exhaust layouts, room pressurization, and many other factors which can greatly alter the cleanliness of the laboratory. The effort we put into just making sure the air in the lab that produces your e-liquid is clean tells you something very significant about our commitment to quality.

Our lab is equipped with filters that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to keep the air as clean as possible by trapping particles as small as 0.3 microns, or just over 1/100,000th of an inch!

Even with excellent ingredients and space-age facilities, you’re only halfway to making a premium vape juice. Flour, milk, and eggs in a gleaming stainless-steel kitchen can’t become a cake without a recipe.

Our Processes

Air filtration is just one of the many steps Mister-E-Liquid has taken to ensure the safety of the products you receive. We also utilize laboratory- and pharmaceutical-grade equipment, non-porous surfaces, and a rigorous cleaning schedule, amongst a variety of other methods to ensure the quality of your vape juice. The process of establishing an ISO Class 6 cleanroom doesn't stop at the certification: it also needs to be maintained. Regular testing and maintenance of the facility is mandatory to retain ISO 14644 certification.

Ensuring that we ship a quality, consistent, safe product makes all that time and effort worthwhile. This process benefits not just you, our beloved customer, and us, the staff at Mister-E-Liquid, but the industry as well! By going above and beyond any current regulation, we’ve established an outstanding facility that is capable of future success, even in consideration of the FDA deeming regulations. It has been our goal from the beginning to set the benchmark on which future requirements would be set, the standard to which the industry as a whole would aspire.
